Education Inquiry
The refund rules of Everyone's Music are largely divided into three categories.
1.Video & textbook-based Everyone's Music content lessons
The monthly subscription payment is a system that charges on a monthly basis, and refunds are not possible after payment. Therefore, if you cancel the service, the remaining lessons will be taken and the automatic lesson service will be stopped.
2.General Lesson Product
[Refund Policy for Everyone's Music General Lessons ]
1) Guidance by Duration of the Course
A. Within 7 days after payment : Refund after deducting the content usage amount [List Price X Usage Days N/30)] and a penalty of 10%
- Example) If you attended for 3 days, List Price 39,000 X 3/30 = 3,900 won (Content usage amount)
- Example) Penalty : 39,000 X 10% =3,900 won
- Refund Amount = Lesson Price - Content Usage Amount + Penalty (31,200 won = 39,000 - 3,900 -3,900)
B. 7일 초과 ~ 수강기간 15일 이하 : 콘텐츠 이용금액 [정가 X (이용일 N/30)] 금액과 위약금 10% 차감 후 환불 (위 예시와 같음)
C. 수강기간 1/2 초과 : 환불 불가
D. Over 7 days to within 15 days of course period: Refund after deducting the content usage amount [Regular price X (Usage day N/30)] and a penalty of 10% (Same as the example above)
E. Over half of the course period: No refund
3. Shopping Mall
The general products of the shopping mall have different refund policies for each product.
You can support program inquiries in two ways.

2. If you click the View More button for the enrollment inquiry, an enrollment inquiry form is created and you can conveniently proceed with the inquiry.
